So, I haven't bought Christmas Music in about 10 years - seriously! Every November I bust out the classic Point of Grace Christmas album and listen to it over and over and over. Don't get me wrong, I love that CD, but it is time for some new music in our home. Especially for Adeline, she really learns songs quickly so what a great thing to have playing every day than songs that celebrate our Savior's birth?? HELP me out! Christmas Music
So, I haven't bought Christmas Music in about 10 years - seriously! Every November I bust out the classic Point of Grace Christmas album and listen to it over and over and over. Don't get me wrong, I love that CD, but it is time for some new music in our home. Especially for Adeline, she really learns songs quickly so what a great thing to have playing every day than songs that celebrate our Savior's birth?? HELP me out! Any suggestions?

I've heard the new Shane & Shane Christmas cd is really good. And then there's my all time favorite - Mariah Carey! I'm sure Adeline would love that one! ;)
So, the Point of Grace IS an oldie, but a goodie. :) If you like Mercy Me at all, I really like their album, Christmas Sessions. It has a couple of secular ones mixed in like the Charlie Brown "Christmas Time is Here" and "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree" as well as an original written to baby Jesus from a parent's perspective--it will probably make you cry. It also has a countryish version of Silent Night, which is pretty cool and I don't even like country music all that much. Anyway, just a suggestion! Happy music hunting! :)
